Our self catering units offers breathtaking views of the ocean. Long 2.5km promenade for lovely beach walks or for a early morning jog. After a relaxing day on the beach, come take a swim in our sparkling pools.


The Dolphin Coast offers an amazing variety for shore-based angler. Some big Stumpies and Kob can be caught. Best times will be early in the morning or late afternoons. The Ballito pool area is a good spot for Snoek, Couta, Kingfish and Queenfish. A lot of Sandsharks are also caught here.

Parsons is a one stop holiday letting company, based in beautiful haven of Ballito, Kwazulu-Natal. 


We have breath taking sea view units available where you can watch the dolphins frolicking in the warm waters of the Indian Ocean and watch the sunset whilst sipping on a cocktail. Take in long walks or jogging on the lengthy beach front promenade. Come and sun yourself on our pristine beaches. Ballito has so much to offer boasting one of the largest shopping malls in the province, family attractions in abundance, even for those rainy days.

I changed my mind about which unit to book and bothered Natasha with many emails, and she dealt with everything quickly and was friendly doing it. I highly recommend both the flat and the letting agency. The sea view is amazing, and less than a minute walk from inside the flat, and you're on the beach! A nice 15 minute walk along the boardwalk, and you're at Hoops bar and various restaurants."
