DESCRIPTION
This secure and spacious four-bedroom penthouse has stunning sea views from 3 of the bedrooms and from the living areas, and unobstructed breaker views from the front balcony for dolphin and whale watching without having to leave your apartment. The 3-kilometre promenade in front of the apartment is easily accessed via a keypad security gate and is ideal for long lazy strolls along the beachfront. A few steps down to the beach takes you to the well-known "Granny's Pool" directly in front of the apartment, where it is safe for small children to swim.
The unit can comfortably accommodate 8 people. There are four bedrooms, one with two single beds, one with a set of bunk beds – with no ceiling fans, one with a double bed with ceiling fans and the main bedroom with a queen size bed which is air-conditioned. The main bedroom is en suite with shower & bath and has sliding doors onto the balcony. There is a 2nd bathroom with a toilet and a bath which services the other bedrooms, as well as a separate shower and separate toilet. There is a small safe in the unit for your use. From the living area which has ceiling fans, a large flat screen TV and HP DSTV, you can go onto the furnished balcony. The side balcony can be reached from the dining room and from two other bedrooms. There is uncapped Wi-Fi available throughout the apartment. The modern kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, separate chest freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, oven and stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery to serve eight people.
This secure complex has only 12 units and so never gets too busy. There is an outside shower to rinse off saltwater before entering the building, and a large swimming pool. It is only accessible by remote control, there is a lockup garage available and parking for guests and trailers. There is a lift which opens directly into this penthouse apartment. Wheelchair friendly.
